Von Albert Real Estate — Real estate & premium brokerage
01
Context

The starting point

Von Albert Real Estate brokers premium properties in Berlin's most sought-after locations — buying, selling and renting, led by owner Alexander von Albert from Kurfürstendamm, with roots going back to 2004. The profile includes international properties and a dedicated service for diplomats alongside the Berlin portfolio.

The digital presence had to catch up to that level: a website that carries the company's self-image to the outside world — while working as a genuine sales channel, with cleanly connected property management and a clear path to inquiry.

02
Challenge

The challenge

The technical core task: integrate Propstack — the brokerage CRM where all properties are maintained — seamlessly into the website, so exposés land on the site automatically without double data entry. Plus a property search with filters that works noticeably better than what people are used to.

On the domain side, two specifics that hardly any brokerage template covers: a dedicated area for the diplomatic service and the integration of international properties — all of it bilingual in German and English.

Process

Solution & execution

From data model to visibility — in four steps.

  1. 01 · Discovery

    Requirements & data model

Sharpened target groups and property areas — Berlin, international, diplomacy — and analyzed the Propstack data structure: which property data, images and status information must flow to the website automatically so no double maintenance arises?

  2. 02 · Design

    An image that carries

Calm, elegant design with generous whitespace and large typography — a presence that reflects the premium segment and gives the company a face to the outside world. Fully bilingual in German and English.

  3. 03 · Development

    Propstack seamlessly inside Next.js

Connected Propstack for automatic property exposés, improved search and filter logic, dedicated sections for international properties and the diplomatic service — plus a digital funnel that guides visitors purposefully toward property and contact inquiries.

  4. 04 · Launch & SEO

    Building visibility

A technical SEO foundation, clean structure, bilingual content. The site has been gaining visibility ever since — for the brand and increasingly for generic terms like “real estate berlin”.

The new presence delivers: inquiries are up around 20–30% since launch — and organic visibility is growing measurably. Over the last three months, Google impressions rose by more than 40% versus the previous period, to over 27,000.

The site is now found for more than 1,300 different search queries — beyond the brand, increasingly for competitive generic searches like “real estate berlin”, at an average position around 10 (source: Google Search Console, as of July 2026).
